MY NYSC EXPERIENCE
The journey to Bayelsa was a nervous but exciting trip. I was nervous because I had never been here before and I was worried about how the journey would be. It was like a 4 hour journey, I got to witness exciting scenery and soon my anxiety turned into excitement. I discovered new landscapes, saw new towns which broadened my insight on the country.Upon arrival, I saw a lot of prospective Corp members and I happened to make some friends along the way. We got to the gate of the camp and our boxes were searched for security purposes. The registration process was quite stressful because there was a large number of people were trying to get registered. There was a lot of struggling and tussling and after a long time, I got most of it done and eventually identified with my platoon members
My overall experience here has been draining but fun. There are a lot of rules and schedules which we are meant to follow to bring a out the coordination of corners. The most draining part is waking up really early for parade and meditation
